Comparing figures from the first five months of this year, after the legalization of marijuana, to data from the same period last year, a Colorado detox facility has seen a significant rise in the number of DUI arrests for marijuana users. Despite public safety campaigns, it seems that many aren’t getting the word that, while it may be legal to use marijuana, it’s still illegal to drive while high.
